• Believe in love at first sight!
• Volunteer sometimes the jobs no one wants.
• Discipline with ‘gentle hand’ & ‘sweet smile’
• Talk slow but think quick!
• 3rs respect for self respect for others and responsibility for all actions!
• Don’t overlook life’s small joys while searching for big ones.
• Every so often, invite the person in line behind you to go ahead of you.
• Give people more than they expect & do it cheerfully !
• Donot confuse comfort with happiness or wealth with success!
• When in trouble, hit first, hit hard and run fast!!
• Open your arms & your mind to change but don’t let go the ‘values’ that your 
  heart cherishes!
• Win without boasting, loose without excuse !!
• When you say “ I have you” –mean it!
• When you say “ I am sorry” – say it looking into the eyes of person with 
  sincere smile!
• Trust in god but look your car !
• Donot let weed grow around your dreams!
• Never be ashamed of honest tears… tears of honest repetence, tears of 
  sincere sorrow!
• When your friends offer you help, let them! Accept it gracefully !
• First learn the rules & then break some of them, if needed!
• Judge your success by what you had to gine up in order to get it! And ask, 
  was it worth it” ?
• Never compromise your faith your integrity, your character, your values for 
  anything!
• Donot take anything seriously take everything joyfully!

 

Good communication is the Bedrock on which any solid corporation is built . 

Management programs recognize this :libraries are well-stocked with volumes 

on corporate communication , on language skills and linguistic propriety, on 

gender –friendly and race –sensitive language , vertical and horizontal 

communications networks , and what have you .

 

But despite all this, miscommunication continues , often leaving us bewildered 

and confused and it affects our functioning as a team .

 

This is because we have not paid our attention to some essential or spiritual truths 

about language . Once we grasp these we can bring about a huge transformation 

in our communication.

Is the time not yet come for You to come back?

Are there still inconceivable and incomprehensible wonders for you to accomplish

before You decide to come back?

Should I wait and wear out my heart in eternal longing?

If this is Thy delight then let me wait joyfully

keeping my trust in You, only You!

Time is endless in Your hands. You know how to WAIT!

Ages bloom and fade like flowers;

Your centuries follow each other,

perfecting a small wild flower into a fragrant rose flower.

But, we have no time to lose;

And having no time we must scramble for our chances.

We are too poor to be late;

we just can no more afford to wait and be late!

But, my heart is glad within

and the air is filling with Your perfume of promise.

And I feel in the air a faint smell of Your sweet presence.

I know not from what distant time,

You are ever coming nearer and nearer to meet me.

Your sun and stars can never keep You hidden from me.

Have you not heard His Silent steps hovering around?

He comes, He comes, He ever comes!!

In sorrow after sorrow of His apparent separation,

it is His steps that press upon my heart and

it is the golden touch of His lovely lotus feet

that makes my heart jump with joy to sky!

“Please- - - - - swami - - - - -please - - - -!”

And one-day when the boys were sitting in darshan-line, swami chose to cut-across them,turning away his face divine!

The boys were shocked! They shouted, “please ,swami please !

But swami was un-moved !

he only whispered, “wait , wait, wait !!

First learn to please sai, then pray,

please, Swami please !!

first give, next take !

I have come to give, are you ready to take?”

The boys who were already confused,

their confusion was only more confounded ;

When the daily-dose of motherly love was refused,

the calves of dwapar yuga were naturally

dumb-founded!!

An Interview With GOD.

An Interview With God!!!!
I dreamed I had an INTERVIEW WITH GOD.
“So, you would like to interview me?” GOD asked.
“If you have time,” I said.
GOD smile. “My time is eternity… what questions do you have in mind for me?”
“What surprises you the most about humankind?”
GOD answered…
“That they get bored with childhood, that they rush to grow up, and then long to be
children again.”
“That they lose their health to make money… and then lose their money to restore their
health.”
“That by thinking anxiously about the future, they forget the present, such that they live
in neither the present nor the future.”
“That they live as if they would never die, and die as though they had never lived.”
GOD’s hand took mine… and we were silent for a while.
And then I asked, “As a parent, what are some of life’s lessons you want your children to
learn?”
GOD replied, “To learn they cannot make anyone love them. All they can do is let
themselves be loved.”
“To learn that it is not good to compare themselves to others.”
“To learn to forgive by practicing forgiveness.”
“To learn that it only takes a few seconds to open profound wounds in those they love,
and it can take many years to heal them.”
“To learn that a rich person is not one who has the most, but is one who needs the least.”
“To learn that there are people who love them dearly, but simply do not yet know how to
express or show their feelings.”
“To learn that two people can look at the same thing, and see it differently.”
“To learn that it is not enough that they forgive one another, but they must also forgive
themselves.”
“Thank you for your time,” I said humbly.
“Is there anything else you would like your children to know?”
GOD smiled, and said… “Just know that I am here.” “Always.”

I once had a friend who grew to be very close to me. Once when we were sitting at the
edge of a swimming pool, she filled the palm of her hand with some water and held it
before me, and said this:
“You see this water carefully contained on my hand? It symbolizes Love.”
This was how I saw it:
As long as you keep your hand caringly open and allow it to remain there, it will always
be there. However, if you attempt to close your fingers round it and try to posses it, it will
spill through the first cracks it find. This is the greatest mistake that people do when they
meet love…they try to posses it, they demand, they expect… and just like the water
spilling out of your hand, love will retrieve from you. For love is meant to be free, you
cannot change its nature. If there are people you love, allow them to be free beings.
Give and don’t expect.
Advise, but don’t order.
Ask, but never demand.
It might sound simple, but it is a lesson that may take a lifetime to truly practice. It is the
secret to true love. To truly practice it, you must sincerely feel no expectations from those
who you love, and yet an unconditional caring.” Passing thought… Life is not measured
by the number of breaths we take; but by the moments that take our breath away…..
